Now all my Facebook friends think I'm having surgery. Once again: Hope all goes well. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I've had a couple of benign tumors hacked out of me, once under general sedation, which proved to be very interesting. It's unlike sleep in that there is no sensation of time passing, which you do have when sleeping. I found that amazing. We really have to Do Something about the clutter in the house. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;"Friday" is one of the few post-1970 Heinleins that's worth reading.
